A sister park of Shanghai Happy Valley, Playa Maya Water Park is opened to the southwest of Shanghai Happy Valley this summer. The park is the biggest open-air water park of East China.
Playa Maya Water Park imported 12 sets of aquatic amusement facilities, including the world's biggest wave pool which is able to create 3.5-meter-high waves. The park opens from mid-June to mid-Sept each year. At the same time, the park also stage tourist some cultural performances including the laser water curtain and wave show.
