Payment Guide

We mainly accept payment by Wire/Bank Transfer, PayPal, and Western Union. Kindly refer to the following detailed information for each payment method.

1. Wire/Bank Transfer

Wire/Bank Transfer is the cheapest way for payment, so for big amount of money, we recommend you to pay through wire transfer in order to save the surcharge of money transferring.

Payment Tips:

• The transfer charge, which is usually around USD40.00 per time, is your responsibility.
• Please include your tracking number on your bank receipt.
• Please follow the account information word for word.
• Please forward us the bank receipt (send a photo copy to us via email).
• It normally takes 5-7 working days for the payment to reach us.
• You are advised to choose wire (bank) transfer to save handling charges if you are paying a large amount.

2. PayPal

The easiest way is to pay by your credit card through PayPal no matter you HAVE or DON’T HAVE a PayPal account. We will send you the invoice with PayPal Payment Link in the invoice. You can simply click the link to the payment process page of PayPal and complete the payment.

Payment Tips:

• The payer is required to send us an email to confirm the payment by using the email address attached to the PayPal account.
• If the payer is not one of the travelers, clear photo copies of both the payer’s and travelers’ passports are required via email.
• When paying via PayPal, a 3.0% transfer fee charged by the PayPal Company will be added. For example, when you make a deposit of USD 100.00, the amount you should pay by PayPal would be USD 100.00 X 1.03 (transfer fee) = USD 103.00 net. ChinaTopTrip has no way to avoid this PayPal charge, and realizes no benefit from it.

Payment Steps:

• For a PayPal member, you just need to access www.paypal.com, log in and follow the steps there to make payment to paypal@chinatoptrip.com.
• For a non-PayPal member, you can also pay via Credit Card through PayPal. Please click the PayPal Payment Link on your invoice to the Paypal payment process page, follow the instruction to fill in necessary billing & credit card information to complete the payment.
